Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite Kashii products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled only before dispatch. Contact care@kashii.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Egypt and select international destinations. Shipping charges and timelines are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. For any issues, reach out to care@kashii.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos.
When will I receive my refund?
For approved returns, refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection to your original payment method.

Are Kashii products Ayurvedic and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Kashii formulations are inspired by Ayurveda and crafted without animal testing.
Why does my product vary slightly in color or scent?
Our ingredients are natural, so small variations in appearance or aroma may occur between batches — this is completely normal and safe.
Payments
Which payment methods are available?
We accept major debit and credit cards and local payment options where supported. Cash on Delivery may be available in select areas.
Are taxes and duties included in prices?
Prices are listed in EGP. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for import duties in their country.
