1. Shipping Within Egypt
We currently deliver across Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, and all major governorates in Egypt.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details to follow your order’s journey.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or unforeseen delays.
2. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international delivery to select countries in the Middle East and beyond.
Shipping rates and timelines vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (depending on destination).
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges applicable in your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office for assistance.
3. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Cairo Time) are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed after this time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing includes product verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
Because our products are made in small batches, minor variations in color or texture are normal and reflect the natural ingredients used.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be announced on our website or social media pages.

Free shipping applies only to eligible orders after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery surcharges may apply for remote or special handling areas.
5. Delays and Unsuccessful Deliveries
While we strive for timely delivery, Kashii Egypt is not responsible for courier or customs delays.
If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases:

Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has left our facility.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

7. Packaging and Care
Each Kashii order is wrapped with mindfulness using eco-conscious packaging materials.
All bottles and jars are sealed for hygiene and safety.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at care@kashii.com.
8. Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be marked undeliverable if:

The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

The order is not collected from the courier after multiple attempts.
In such cases, reshipping charges will apply.
9. Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on availability, warehouse location, or packaging requirements.
