Shipping Overview

Each order is prepared with care and intention. We partner with trusted couriers to deliver your Ayurveda essentials safely and on time.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
  • Dispatch notice: You’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking link when your parcel leaves our facility.

Shipping Within Egypt

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Alexandria: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities/governorates: 3–7 business days

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier routes, weather, or unforeseen delays.

International Shipping

We ship to select global destinations. Rates and ETA are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and weight.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
  • Duties & taxes: Any customs/clearance fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in Kashii prices.

Shipping Charges

Calculated at checkout by location and order weight/volume. Free‑shipping promotions, when available, will display automatically on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of purchase, email care@kashii.com with your order number.

Parcel delayed or marked delivered but not received?

Check with household/building security and neighbors first, then contact the courier using your tracking number. If still unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll assist.

Packaging & Care

Orders are sealed for hygiene and shipped in mindful packaging. If your parcel appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may return to Kashii. Re‑delivery can be arranged; standard shipping fees will apply.

Returns Overview (All Sales Final)

For reasons of safety, hygiene, and product integrity, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only in limited cases required by Egyptian consumer law:

  • Item received damaged, defective, or leaking
  • Incorrect item delivered by Kashii

How to Report an Issue

  1. Email care@kashii.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, and a short description.
  3. Wait for our written authorization before sending anything back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If your case is approved, we will provide a prepaid label and instructions.

Return Conditions (for Approved Cases)

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Original Kashii packaging and labels intact
  • Include invoice or proof of purchase

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened/used personal care items, customized sets, sale/clearance items, gift cards, or items damaged through misuse.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or provider may take additional time to post funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval email, contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the sale is final.
